Shipping policy
When will my order be shipped out?
Please allow 2 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. The tracking number will be sent to the email address where you registered your account. General goods take 1-2 weeks and 2-3 weeks for toy guns.Usually our products are shipped free of charge, but there are some countries that cannot be shipped through normal logistics, so a shipping fee may be charged.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at https://www.17track.net/en.

Express shipping
Express shipping will take extra charge,please contact us before order if you need.We will modify the cost depends on the products and your location.

How do l know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

I would like to change my items ordered. What should I do?
Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT. -1 GMT) on the same day from the order being placed. You may contact us via questions.snt.store@gmail.com to request for change.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at questions.snt.store@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Failure of delivery
Delivery failure caused by the logistics company, we will refund all the money or resend a new parcel.
If the package is returned finished due to an incorrectly filled out shipping address, we will resend a new package or refund 2/3 of the money, 1/3 of which will be used as a shipping credit.
If the package that is destroyed due to incorrect addresses or because it is not picked up in a timely manner is generally not reissued or refunded.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
